I’m an Austin, Texas tattoo artist specializing in large-scale, custom tattoo work, with a particular focus on automotive-themed lowbrow art, full sleeves, black and grey realism, and vibrant new school tattoos. Based at Pigment Tattoo in Austin, I create custom pieces designed to work with the body and develop a strong visual style from start to finish.

meet the artist

awwe chucks! what can i say. i love art and i love making things. i grew up on the border and have always been involved in custom car culture. so my work is heavily influenced by those experiences. i also have a graffiti background which explains my style. i make art just for the sake of making art. it’s what makes me move.

my tattoo career started 20 years ago and has created some amazing OPPORTUNITIES. through tattooing i have traveled extensively and met some amazing people. the chance to tell their stories through my work is what keeps me motivated. i love being able to participate in the lives of my clients and i cherish the moments i get to spend with them.

my artwork has always been about fun and enjoying the moment. i don’t want to make a huge statement or change the world. i simply want to spread some joy. not everything needs a profound statement, sometimes it’s okay to just smile. so smile like u mean it!
